Pastors Kent & denise BEll- Founders

Kent and Denise Bell have served as the Senior Pastors of Bethel Life Worship Center since 2013. Their vision to share the love of Christ with the lost and hurting led them to bring light to the darkness of the victims of human trafficking. Their belief is that it isn't the job of the world to shine light into the darkness...That's the job of the church. While state- and federally-funded programs are often helpful and mean well, it is only the lifesaving power of Jesus Christ that can fully restore the broken.

Jess Padilla, MA- Program Director

Jess Padilla is an innovative leader with a missionary's heart. She comes to us with a Master's in Education and has worked in both women's and at-risk family ministry since 2008. Her knowledge of curriculum and program development and her experience in residential care has helped bring structure and new opportunities for growth to  Project Restore.  Jess is responsible for program development and implementaion, staff and volunteer training, communications and community relations.

GAbe Padilla- Media Specialist and REsidential Trainer

Gabe Padilla comes to us with over seven years of residential management experience and over ten years of professional experience in graphic design and media production. Gabe works directly with his wife, Jess Padilla in both residential management and public relations/marketing. Project Restore is blessed to have his expertise and guidance. 


Lexi Lindsey- Community Engagement Coordinator

Lexi Lindsey is a mission-minded young woman with passion and purpose. She has demonstrated a heart towards trafficked women since high-school. Lexi  is our Community Engagement Coordinator.  She collaborates with churches, organizations and the community at large, organizing fundraisers and outreach events for Project Restore. 


House Coordinators: Lyndsey's Place (Position currently open)

The House Coordinator Couple plays a pivotal role of rebuilding the concept of trust, safety and stable relationships for the families that enter our Project Restore family crisis home. We are currently searching for a ministry couple to fill this role. We are looking for a strong, mature Christian couple with  strong experience in outreach and family ministry.


Tish Conley & angie wark- relief mentor Team: Her Story House

Tish (on the left) and Angie (to the right) have been with Project Restore since the very beginning. Once volunteers, they now both fulfill the role of  our Relief  Mentor Team, providing relief to the House Coordinator Couple when they are off duty. They also provide accountability and emotional support to the women in the home.




Ian & Brittany Wilkerson- House Coordinators: Her Story      

Ian and Brittany are a ministry couple with a heart to serve "the least of these". They both come to us with over five years of family and at-risk youth ministry experience. Their willingness and heart to walk with broken individuals makes them highly qualified house coordinators. We are blessed to have them as part of the Project Restore team.
