Pastor Kent Bell - Founder and President   Pastor Kent Bell is the Founder and President of Project Restore. He and his wife, Denise, have served as the Senior Pastors of Bethel Life Worship Center since 2013. Their vision to share the love of Christ with the lost and hurting led them to bring light to the darkness of the victims of human trafficking. Pastor Kent believes that it is the mandate of the Church to shine light into the darkness and help the broken and abused. His desire is to meet people at their deepest need with the truth and love of Christ. It is with this heart that Pastor Kent founded our ministry. Project Restore is blessed to have a founder with such compassion, love and integrity.

Jess Padilla, M.ED - Executive Director   Jess Padilla is an innovative leader with a missionary's heart. She comes to us with a Master's in Education and has worked in women's and at-risk youth and family ministry since 2005. Her knowledge of curriculum and program development and her experience in residential care has helped bring structure and new opportunities for growth to Project Restore. Jess Padilla is the creator and founder of Project Restore's Her Story and Teen Parent programs. She is also responsible for overall program development and implementation, staff and volunteer training, communications and community relations. Project Restore is blessed to have her leadership.

Gabe Padilla - Home Life & Media Administrator   Gabe Padilla comes to us with over seven years of residential management experience and over ten years of professional experience in graphic design and media production. Gabe works directly with his wife, Jess Padilla in both residential management and public relations/marketing. As our Media Specialist, he manages our website, social media and video press. As our Home Life Administrator, Gabe oversees the day to day operations of our residential homes.He also coaches and trains staff and volunteers. Project Restore is blessed to have his expertise and guidance..

I an & Brittany Wilkerson - Her Story House Parents   Ian and Brittany are a ministry couple with a heart to serve "the least of these". They both come to us with over five years of residential and at-risk youth ministry experience. Their willingness and heart to walk with broken individuals makes them highly qualified house parents. Ian & Brittany are over our Her Story home. Their ability to walk our residents through their healing process is second to none. They operate on the pillars of integrity, love and guidance. We are blessed to have them as part of the Project Restore team.

Ian and Brittany are a ministry couple with a heart to serve "the least of these". They both come to us with over five years of residential and at-risk youth ministry experience. Phylicia Wasson - Support Specialist   Phylicia comes to us with 3 degrees in Christian Ministry, Theology and Criminal Justice. She is currently completing her Master's in Biblical Counseling. Phylicia leads our Social and Emotional Learning workshops. Her guidance and support helps our residents learn social and emotional competency as well as embrace purpose in their lives through understanding biblical principles. We are blessed to have her as part of the Project Restore team.

In a home setting, these young mothers learn parenting, budgeting, life skills, career planning, coping skills and more. We are looking for a mature Christian couple to run this home. Mary Jane Surrena - Community Engagement Coordinator   Mary Jane has been a blessing to Project Restore. She truly lives out a commitment to compassion towards ‘The Least of These’. This commitment has followed her into the medical field, social services volunteering, and eventually led her to become a facilitator and trainer of Darkness to Light (an educational program that teaches prevention, awareness and responsible reactions to childhood sexual abuse). Here at Project Restore, Mary Jane leads our community engagement initiative, connecting us to local churches and community volunteers who desire to partner with Project Restore, helping us to fulfill or mission of hope, healing and restoration to the children and youth we serve.

She also works with our Community Engagement Coordinator in recruiting community partnerships and donations for our children and youth homes. In addition, Chantee’ and her husband Sean have recently committed to volunteering twice a month as Relief house-parents for our Her Story home, making her an essential asset to this ministry. Project Restore is blessed to have her as part of our team.
